In fact, such combinations occur every few years. As the following calendar shows, the next year that has an August with 5 Sundays, 5 Mondays and 5 Tuesdays will be 2021, just eleven years hence, not 823 years in the future.
August 2027 and August 2032 will also have 5 Sundays, 5 Mondays and 5 Tuesdays. And, back in 2004, August again had 5 Sundays, 5 Mondays and 5 Tuesdays.
