According to a post currently being shared on social media, American actor and filmmaker Clint Eastwood has died of a heart attack.
The post features an image of Eastwood along with a candle flame graphic and the words “rest in peace 1930 – 2019”. It also includes the logo of US news outlet CNN.
Clicking the post opens a website that supposedly provides more information about the star’s demise.

Celebrity death hoaxes are common. It is a good idea to verify any posts claiming that a celebrity has died before clicking on or sharing them.
